Freedom Force International is a network of men and women from all parts of the world who are concerned over loss of personal liberty and expansion of government power. They are not mere complainers. They have a plan to do something about it. They also share a common belief in The Creed of Freedom, which is a statement of principles that guide them in their mission to build a better world.
Totalitarianism is on the rise everywhere because advocates of big government have taken leadership control of the power centers within every society. Power centers are organizations and social groupings – such as political parties, labor unions, church groups, media centers, and professional societies – that hold political power based on their claim to represent their members and on their ability to lead public opinion. It has taken many years for them to achieve this dominance over society, but they have succeeded. It does no good to complain or to theorize about what should be done. As long as advocates of big government hold the power, nothing will change.

The primary reason for the loss of our constitutional freedoms is not Bush – or even Cheney. It is not the Supreme Court either, although all of these certainly played a big part in it.
The number one reason why America has become what no Founder would recognize anymore is because Congress has literally passed the buck.
Congress has passed the buck when it came to declaring war, giving the current president (and subsequent presidents) plenary authority to attack other nations without a formal declaration of war.
Congress has long ago passed the buck when it gave the "legal" monopoly to create money and control our money supply to a private conglomeration of international bankers - the Federal Reserve.
Congress has passed laws like the USA Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, and not to forget, the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. It has also promulgated and proposed the sixteenth amendment to the Constitution under which it claims authority to impose a tax on ordinary Americans' incomes.
Under laws passed by Congress, the First Amendment was first defaced and is now being shredded completely with the House passing the Home Grown Terrorism and Violent Radicalization Prevention Act that imposes criminal penalties for thought crimes!
We all know that any new president will bring exactly zero change - unless he happens to be Ron Paul. Yet, even Ron Paul cannot do much if he as to deal with a lobbyist-infested and controlled Congress as currently constituted.
Calling all American Patriots, World/Planetary Citizens, Champions of Democracy: It is clear we have reached the place where no further begging or asking or petitioning or demonstrating or demanding aimed at our present American leadership is going to work.
(They have figured out that all that only works if the media gives voice to it all, and they have completely subborned and captured and turned against us all what was once a free American media.)
This is end-game. Our present “leaders” do not represent us, and will not. What they have in mind for us is CAGES. The internet and our own individual voices, our own two feet, must be our media and our means to restore democracy.

America is being destroyed from within and it will not stop unless we make it stop by taking control of Congress away from the powerful special interests that control it now. It's really that simple.
The Kick Them All Out Project is a simple two step plan to SERIOUSLY begin the process of ending corporate special interest corruption in our government and election process.
Step 1: The first thing we need to do is fill the Congress with people that actually have an interest in cleaning up all the corruption. Right now, most of our representatives think everything is fine exactly the way it is. Can you honestly say that if you vote for any of the recognizable people running for president or the Congress will actually change anything if elected?
So we need to clean house, by imposing more influence over who gets elected than the powerful special interests do We can do this simply by firing every single incumbent in a landslide election. If you're a staunch republican, vote for any other republican other than the incumbent. If you're a staunch Democrat, vote for any other democrat than the incumbent. If you don't belong to any party, just vote for anybody other than the incumbents. By doing this simple task, in a totally committed way, we can impose our undeniable will over our representatives. If we do this just once, we will prove we are willing and capable of doing it, which will give new meaning to "the will of the people."
Until we do this, nobody is going to pay any attention to us. Once we have their attention, we can demand they do what's necessary to start the process of closing the legal loopholes corporations have used to take over our government and elections. Once we have their attention, we can set the mandate to accomplish Step 2 within their first year in office. If they don't , we let them all know they are going to ALL be fired in the next election. We do this until we get Step 2 accomplished.
Step Two: Creating the legal framework necessary to revoke the human rights protections corporations have been claiming by distorting the meaning and intent of the 14th Amendment. The good news is it's very, very simple. All we need to do is submit an amendment to the Constitution that clarifies the true intent and meaning of the 14th Amendment. We are not talking about creating a whole new amendment. All we need is an amendment that clarifies an existing amendment. Then, all we need to do is put enough pressure on our representative and DEMAND they pass it and put the required pressure on our state representatives to ratify it. This Amendment is literally the key to the REAL beginning of the end of corporate control over our government, elections and our lives.
Below is an example of the kind of simple resolution that will be required to add the necessary amendment to the Constitution. When I began researching this process, I became aware that there are actually two major exploitations of the 14th Amendment because of it's ambiguous language. One is the exploitation by corporations claiming that "All Persons" also refers to the legal fiction of "corporate personhood." And the other major exploitation has been by illegal immigrants who give birth while in this country claiming the 14th Amendment gives their baby instant citizenship regardless of whether or not the parents are legal United States citizens.
So the following amendment will close the legal doors on two of the largest problems this nation faces. I can't emphasis strongly enough the importance of getting an amendment like this ratified. It is the ONLY thing that will allow us to legally get corporate control out of our government and political process and end the 'anchor baby' issue.
Amending the constitution is a Constitutional process. It was established to ensure the Constitution remains relevant to the circumstance and needs of the times. And the time for this kind of amendment is way past due! If you want to end the primary source of all major corruption, WE MUST DEMAND THIS AMENDMENT BE ADDED TO THE CONSTITUTION as quickly as possible. The bottom line is we cannot get corporate money and their lobbyists out of the system until we close this loophole. It's absolutely essential.
So the big question is, do you want business-as-usual to change in government or not? If you do, this is what we have to do first to start the process.
Finally a big ray of hope from the lawyers of this country. Seems there are quite a few good ones after all. And I would like to point out that while the focus is on the Bush Administration, it should be noted that both political parties are equally complicit in their violation of their oath of office and for dismantling our Constitutional rights. The Congress was right on board with all of it.

We are lawyers in the United States of America. As such, we have all taken an oath obligating us to defend the Constitution and the rule of law…. We believe the Bush administration has committed numerous offenses against the Constitution and may have violated federal laws…. Moreover, the administration has blatantly defied congressional subpoenas, obstructing constitutional oversight …. Thus, we call on House Judiciary Chairman John Conyers and Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy to launch hearings into the possibility that crimes have been committed by this administration in violation of the Constitution…. We call for the investigations to go where they must, including into the offices of the President and the Vice President. -- American Lawyers Defending the Constitution
Over one thousand lawyers – including former Governor Mario Cuomo and former Reagan administration official Bruce Fein – have signed onto the above statement demanding wide-ranging investigative hearings into unconstitutional and potentially criminal activity by the Bush administration.
The real teeth for this project grew in when a friend of mine gave me Thom Hartmann's book "Unequal Protection." This incredible book gave me the answer to the primary question I was asking, "why are corporations allowed to interfere with our government and elections in the first place?" This book answers it fully. It goes delves into our history in great detail and is all the book you'll every need in order to understand what is happening to our country and why.
This story is pretty much excerpted out of this book.

Thomas Paine said it best.
“It has been thought,” he wrote in The Rights of Man in 1791, “…that government is a compact between those who govern and those who are governed; but this cannot be true, because it is putting the effect before the cause; for as man must have existed before governments existed, there necessarily was a time when governments did not exist, and consequently there could originally exist no governors to form such a compact with. The fact therefore must be, that the individuals themselves, each in his own personal and sovereign right, entered into a compact with each other to produce a government: and this is the only mode in which governments have a right to arise, and the only principle on which they have a right to exist.”
Thus, Paine and others of the Revolutionary Era reasoned, any institution made up by and of humans - from governments to churches to corporations - must be subordinate to individual living people in terms of the rights and powers held by the institution.
Because of the unique frailties and depths of passion unique to humans, just after the United States Constitution was ratified Thomas Jefferson and James Madison began a campaign to amend it with a 12-point explicit statement that would clearly and unambiguously place humans - who had created government - above their creation. This was the birth of what would become the Bill of Rights, and it originally had twelve - not ten - protections for citizens’ rights.
We all know that most of the legislation written and passed in a way that ensures it will totally confuse and deceive legislators and the public.

Humboldt County, California, became the latest, and largest, jurisdiction to abolish the disastrous legal doctrine known as “corporate personhood.”
In 2006, Humboldt County, California, became the latest, and largest, jurisdiction to abolish the legal doctrine known as "corporate personhood."
Measure T was successful because our all-volunteer campaign came together to pass a law that bans non-local corporations from participating in Humboldt elections. The referendum, which passed with 55 percent of the vote, also asserts that corporations cannot claim the First Amendment right to free speech.
