Video: Local Communities Dismantling Corporate Rule

Posted March 3, 2015

Community Rights educator Paul Cienfuegos explains how “We The People” are exercising the authority to govern ourselves and dismantle corporate rule. When small farmers in rural Pennsylvania wanted to say “no” to a corporate factory farm coming into their community, they learned they couldn’t, because it would violate the corporation’s “rights” and state pre-emption laws. So they did something technically illegal – their town passed an innovative ordinance banning corporate factory farming.

It worked! The corporation left town. Pittsburgh upshifted the approach: Rather than define what we don’t want, define what we DO want. Their “Right to Water” stopped natural gas fracking in the city. Ordinances like this have been passed in over 150 communities in 9 states. Tune in to learn how this works. Episode 258. Montanans Launch Recall of Senators Who Approved NDAA Military Detention. Merry Christmas, US Senate

By Ralph Lopez
December 26, 2011

The issue of federal official recall has never reached the federal courts.

(HELENA) - Moving quickly on Christmas Day after the US Senate voted 86 - 14 to pass the National Defense Authorization Act of 2011 (NDAA) which allows for the indefinite military detention of American citizens without charge or trial, Montanans have announced the launch of recall campaigns against Senators Max Baucus and Jonathan Tester, who voted for the bill.

Montana is one of nine states with provisions that say that the right of recall extends to recalling members of its federal congressional delegation, pursuant to Montana Code 2-16-603, on the grounds of physical or mental lack of fitness, incompetence, violation of oath of office, official misconduct, or conviction of certain felony offenses.

Section 2 of Montana Code 2-16-603 reads:

"(2) A public officer holding an elective office may be recalled by the qualified electors entitled to vote for the elective officer's successor."

The website Ballotpedia.org cites cites eight other states which allow for the recall of elected federal officials: Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, and Wisconsin. New Jersey's federal recall law was struck down when a NJ state judge ruled that "the federal Constitution does not allow states the power to recall U.S. senators," despite the fact the Constitution explicitly allows, by not disallowing ("prohibited" in the Tenth Amendment,) the states the power to recall US senators and congressmen:

"The Powers not . . .  prohibited . . . are reserved to the States . . . or to the people." - Tenth Amendment of the Untied States Consitution.

The issue of federal official recall has never reached the federal courts.

Montana law requires grounds for recall to be stated which show conformity to the allowed grounds for recall. The draft language of the Montana petitions, "reason for recall" reads:

Video: I AM NOT MOVING! A Short Film About Occupy Wall Street

This is a short film about the Occupy Wall Street phenomenon and the general uprisings around the world that are occurring as the start of a global backlash against the lunatics that have seized control or global nations, economies, media, and resources.

Video: Town Hall Meeting with U.S. Congressman Brian Baird

I, David William Hedrick, a member of the silent majority, decided that I was not going to be silent anymore. So, I let U.S. Congressman Brian Baird have it. I was one questioner out of 38, that was called at random from an audience that started at 3,000 earlier in the evening. Not expecting to be called on, I quickly scratched what I wanted to say on a borrowed piece of paper and with a pen that I borrowed from someone else in the audience minutes before I spoke. So much for the planned talking points of the right wing conspiracy.

Great Way to Exploit Prepaid Mail

Great Idea from Linda,
a member of our dynamic Missouri Fire Congress Meetup Group

When you get mail from credit card companies, magazine subscriptions, book clubs, political party campaign mail, etc. they send you pre-paid envelopes to mail back to them. I write the FIRE CONGRESS site  and a little info and mail it back on their dime ($.42)....I get at least a dozen of these a week from all over the country. You can use the post cards in magazines too, sometimes there's 4-5 in one magazine.....spread the message far and wide....for FREE.  I used to send the postcards back to political magazines telling them to review Ron Paul's book....things like that. I figure the postman sees this too. And it is cathartic! "

Questions to Ask Your Candidates for Political Office

By Fiat Lux

Dear Mr. or Ms. Candidate:
Before I cast my vote for you, I would like to know you better. Please take the time to read each of the statements that follow, and then give me and my fellow American Citizens of our great Republic your honest considerations of the statement. We want to know, do you agree or not with each statement, and depending on your answer, what do you plan to do about it IF we elect you to office. Please be honest and straight forward, and spare us the sophistry.
The first part is comprised of what our Founding Fathers said about matters affecting our nation.
If You Expect a Nation to be Ignorant and Free, You Expect What Never was and can Never be”  --- Thomas Jefferson

Lt. Morrisseau: FIRE CONGRESS Vehicle Sign

Everyone asks what they can do ....

Ya know what?  Stuff that LARGE and "LOUD" up on your car's roof WORKS.......!

It really works.   Hundreds of people see it every time I am on the road for a half hour.....and a LOT of em honk and wave.  In busy, slowq traffic it is a show stopper and gets a lot of smiles.

It's very easy and very fun to make a sign to put onto your vehicle that simply says FIRE CONGRESS with the FireCongress.org domain so people can go look up the web site later on.

Video: Message from V: "Take Back America"

If you haven't seen the film "V" for Vendetta, you really should.  This is a message from the main character from that film to all American who truly care about stopping what our criminal government is doing to gut our nation and shred our unalienable Constitutional rights.

Urgent Message To All Ron Paul Supporters - Time for the Ron Paul Meetups To Join the FIRE CONGRESS Meetups

FINALLY Dr. Ron Paul States The Obvious!!

The Ron Paul Revolution is not just about the Presidency.  It's about returning our entire government to the rule of law, Constitutional law.  The time has come for the vision of this revolution to include a total purging of Congress and Congressional corruption.

It's time for us to expand the revolution to include the biggest den of thieves in this country, the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.  It's time for all the Ron Paul Meetup Groups to join the FIRE CONGRESS Meetup Groups!!   There is no time to waste.  If everyone starts right now, we can organize the campaign to take control of Congress away from special interest groups in the upcoming election and give Dr. Paul an entire freshman Congress to work with.

Granny D Says Bush Guilty of Treason, Urges People to Scare Congress into Ending Occupation

Granny is great, but she doesn't quite present an effective way to SCARE CONGRESS. The only thing that will scare Congress, is to FIRE THEM ALL!! Demonstrate that we are fed up and are not putting up with it anymore by doing the most obvious thing, them most powerful thing we could do. VOTE THEM ALL OUT OF OFFICE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!

Doris "Granny D" Haddock, 98, was just in Gettysburg and delivered the following Remarks

Thank you.

It is a great honor to be here again. One should never bring a long speech to Gettysburg, so I shall be only two or three times as long as Mr. Lincoln.

I first met some of you eight years ago. We were all so worried about losing our democracy that we were wiling to walk across the country and go to jail. You meet the nicest people in the Washington jail, by the way -that's where I met Lou and Patricia Hammann.

Eight years ago we could not have imagined what our country was headed into.

We could not have imagined how many protests, how many marches, how many letters, phone calls, emails, posters, banners, and campaigns we were in for. We could not have imagined the amazing people who have come into our vision, for good and for ill. We could never in our wildest imaginings have come up with a story about how the US would attack countries at will based on phony propaganda, how we would become a country that tortures people, how we would become a country that spits on the grave of every patriot who lived or died for our freedoms under the Bill of Rights. Just those eight years ago, we could not have imagined stolen elections, an eviscerated and cowardly Congress, or eviscerated and cowardly national news organizations that refused to see and report the obvious, or editorial pages that refused to call for the obvious. It has been a remarkable time.
